A little about us…

SoCal Sound Company was founded by Brad Wallace, a lifelong musician, audio engineer and seasoned DJ with nearly two decades of experience behind the decks. Brad began his DJ career in 2006 in Madison, WI cutting his chops and mastering the art of reading crowds all while earning his degree in audio production. After relocating to Portland, OR, he launched his first DJ company, which went on to earn multiple GigMasters “Best Of” awards (2012, 2013, and 2016). From major festivals and corporate events for brands like Nike and Samsung to weddings, school functions, and everything in between, Brad built a reputation for bringing professionalism, energy, and an unforgettable vibe to every event.

In 2020, Brad brought his passion for music and event excellence to Southern California, founding SoCal Sound Company, a modern DJ service dedicated to creating high-quality, high-energy experiences for every occasion.

Today, our team of DJs has collectively performed at over 500 weddings and more than 1,000 professional events, spanning everything from private celebrations to large-scale productions. With experience, versatility, and a deep love for great music, we bring the sound, style, and expertise that make every moment move.
